NORA Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Below is a breakdown of our shipping process and what you can expect after placing an order.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

  • Karachi: 2–3 working days
  • Lahore, Islamabad, and Major Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Areas: 4–7 working days (depending on courier coverage)

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200 (flat rate)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 4,000

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🔄 Delays & Exceptions

If there’s any delay in your delivery due to stock issues or courier disruptions, our support team will inform you via email or phone.

🚫 Non-Delivery Situations

Orders with incorrect contact details, invalid addresses, or no response from the customer may be delayed or canceled.

The courier will attempt delivery again. If you remain unavailable, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

Q3: Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Our couriers operate Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or national holidays.

Q4: Can I open the parcel before paying (Cash on Delivery)?

Unfortunately, parcels cannot be opened before payment. If there's any issue, you can reach out to us for assistance or return support.

Q5: Do you offer same-day or urgent delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. All orders follow our standard shipping timelines mentioned above.
