NORA Exchange & Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. However, to protect our business and ensure fair use, we have a strict return and exchange policy in place.

Return Timeframe

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

🧾 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • Sale items, discounted products, or items purchased during a promotion are not eligible for return or exchange

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or wear
  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Accessories, innerwear, and beauty products
  • Items returned without prior approval

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at noraserviceteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please wait for confirmation and shipping instructions. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer free return shipping unless the mistake is on our end.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

📮 Wrong or Damaged Itemssa?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A store credit or exchange coupon will be issued (valid for 30 days)
  • We do not offer cash refunds except in cases of product unavailability or fulfillment errors on our end
